Battolyser Systems handles private details in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Personal data stored is used to contact you for Battolyser System related updates, this can include but not limited to newsletters, request additional information, etc. 

Personal data collected on the website is everything that is in the contact form and additional remarks put in the message box. 

You can request to see all the data Battolyser Systems stores about you and additionally you can request for your data to be deleted from our systems. (This will be done in accordance with GDPR guidelines) 

If there's a data breach and personal data is exposed, we will notify the supervisory authority in our jurisdiction within 72 hours.

2. Data process in Newsletter

Once you check the box to receive emails for Battolyser Systems you are added to the database where you will be contacted in the future for marketing/sales and general news related to the company. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from the list. Note that unsubscribing does not equate to your information being deleted from our database. See 1.1 General. 

3. Data shared with third parties 

Your data will be used internally for marketing/sales use and not shared with other third parties. 

We will not divulge your data we store in our database unless it is required by law enforcement. 

4. Data share outside of Netherlands 

Battolyser Systems is based in Netherlands and the database with your information is also will be stored in the Netherlands. Your data will not be transmitted abroad. 

5. Data storage timespan 

Data provided by you will not be stored if it is not needed anymore or if it is requested to be deleted by you.
